CREATE A FAN PAGE: First you will need to create a fan page for your business. Do this by going to facebook.com and clicking on the link near the bottom right hand side that says "Create a Page" for business. This will allow people to become fans of your business page, but they will not be able to post on your wall directly. Once you create your fan page, go and ask a bunch of your friends to become fans, then their friends will see your business, and it will start spreading.UPDATE STATUS OFTEN: Promote your business on facebook by updating your status often. Once you have your fan page set up and you start getting fans make sure to update your status often to remind your fans of your business and your website if you have one. EXAMPLE OF STATUS: Promoting your business through status updates can be a great benefit for you. Simply update your status three or four times a week so that your fans will see and be reminded of your business. A good example is, if you are a real estate agent, post pictures of homes that you have for sale, this will really help your business and it's free advertisement!-
