Does the P90X workout routine actually work?

In this article I will be going over a famous fitness video you may have seen on television called the P90X Extreme. I will inform you about the product and my own experiences with it.

P90X Extreme Workout

P90X is a workout program like no other. It is designed to confuse muscle memory so that your muscles won't get use to the same workout (Muscle Confusion). It is a 90 day program that literally guarentees results or your money back.

My Experience

At first I was skeptical about this whole P90X program, but as I tried it for the first month I began to see results. I had lost 5 pounds and my stomach area had gone alot flatter. After the 90 day mark I was a new man. I had gained 14 lbs of lean muscle and I never felt so good in my life.

How does it work?

This program only requires you to devote 1 hour a day and it guarentees results. The everyday routine starts off with their diet plan to help you consume healthy foods that will act as a fuel before your workout. Once finished fueling your body, they begin you with a light 15 minute warmup so that you won't injure yourself during the actual workout. After the warmup, a 30 minute major workout begins which targets a specific area everday. It ends with a fantastic 15 minute abdominal workout that targets every muscle located in the abdominal region.

How much is it?

The price for the P90X varies from $59.99 to $119.99 depending where your getting it from. I personally bought it for $59.99 at a store called As Seen On Tv. You can also order it online but the downside is that you have to pay more. The product consist of a 13 disc workout routine, a healthy diet plan, and a bonus motivational disc. The fantastic thing about the P90X is that you won't have to buy any equipment. All you need to complete the P90X workout program are dumbells, bottled water, towel, and determination. So my opinion is that if your willing to devote your time on a working fitness program then this is right for you. It works and delivers results.
