Gordon Brown and Obama are assuring us they are prepared to deal with Swine Flu outbreak that is spreading like plaque. I always think it is always better to be safe than to worry in the end. There is no harm in taking some preventive measures to keep you away from Swine Flu outbreak. These are simple preventive measures that do not guarantee to prevent a person from Sine Flu Outbreak but certainly decrease the chance of getting it.

The symptoms of Swine Flu are similar to the regular flu. More important here is to focus on strengthening the immune system. This will prevent Swine Flu virus to get hold in your body.

Following are some natural ways to prevent Swine Flu Outbreak

Use Echinacea Tincture
It is good to use Echinacea tincture. It is an effective way of strengthening the defense system. It is made by many pharmaceutical companies. The ones made by Bioforce and Boots are more effective and are easily available in health stores. It is recommended to take it daily for three weeks and then skip for one week.

Increase Vitamin C Consumption
Increase the consumption of Vitamin C in your diet. Fruits and vegetable juices are enriched with vitamin C. You can also have 500mg tablet twice a day.

Incorporate Eggs in Diet
Our body needs oxygen for proper functioning of cells. It makes difficult for virus to survive in the cells. The best defense mechanism against germs, microbes, virus and harmful bacteria is to keep the body oxygenated. Incorporate eggs in the diet as they improve the oxygen absorbing capacity of cells.

Breathe Deeply
Breathe deep enough. Breathing is unable to bring needed oxygen absorption in the system. Go out daily in fresh air. Walk at a normal pace and breathe in and out for a count of seven; as it is the simplest way of deep breathing. If the count of seven seems difficult reduce it to five and then gradually increase it to seven or eight.

Avoid Stress Contributing Foods
Avoid consuming foods that give the stress to the body. The examples of such foods are caffeine, sugar, alcohol, excessive processed food and red meat.

Wash Hands Frequently
Wash your hands more often with water and soap. Carry a hand sanitizing gel while going out and use it after touching public places like lift buttons and stair rails.

The good habits outlined above will help you to stay away from Swine Flu outbreak. It may look somewhat odd but it is a fact that people have died because of not taking these simple tips seriously.
