How to Prevent or Remove Colic in Babies with old home remedies
Colic can cause by air and gas trapped
Colic is a term to describe in infant's tummy ache. It is generally caused by air and gas trapped in the intestines. The digestive tract of an infant generally takes about 3 months to mature. This is the time period in which most colic clears up. Generally with some simple dietary changes and with addition of a few gentle herbal remedies the colic clears up or is a least lessened.
Here is an old remedie that can help you with
Things You’ll Need:· lavender or chamomile essential oils
· towel
Step1
if you breast feeding. Start to create a relaxed environment; we how parents are a child primary environment and source of emotional and physical nourishment and can contribute to the presence or absence of colic. you can use peaceful music, drink hot nervine tea before nursing.
Step2
Every child system is different; avoid irritating foods, for example: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale and collards, creates gas in the intestines. Avoid hot spicy foods and chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter and foods high in sugar such foods slow down digestive actions. Avoid caffeine.
Step3
if your baby having a colic attack, place your baby in a warm chamomile or lavender bath. Use a drop or two of lavender or chamomile essential oil in the bat.
Step4
You can relax the baby stomach muscle by placing a warm towel wit a drop o two of essential oil.
* If you breast feeding, try to be relax, remember you transmit everything to your baby ( stress, sad, tense, etc )
