Top 5 tips to get clearer skin
Clear skin is something that most people strive for. If you find yourself victim to frequent breakouts, these tips can help. There´s no reason to continue suffering from persistent pimples and irritations.
We all must take very good care of our skin in ord pimples and rashes.There are many ways to keep your skin healthy and clear.
1. Drink more and more water: Do not allow your body to get dehydrated.In order to keep your skin healthy, water is the most important ingredient to consume. It helps the body to get rid of the toxins that tend to accumulate and cause eruptions. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day.
2. Eat with care: Avoid junk food as much as possible. Some people are quite sensitive to certain food and develop acne when they eat certain food specially junk foods. Notice what seems to make you break out and then avoid it.
3. Be gentle with your skin. You may not even realize that your skin is sensitive to the soaps and cleansers that you use. Harsh cleansers will strip your skin of its natural protection and you will see more breakouts. Instead, try washing with a soap designed for sensitive skin and limit the washing to twice a day.
4. Try clay masks. There are a number of facial masks on the market, but you will probably find that most of them do little good. Clay masks actually remove the nasty dirt and grime in the pores and absorb excess oil, as well.
5. Avoid too much sun. The UV rays of thn are enought to cause breakouts in the skin. So, try to avoid sun as much as possible. Wear a brimmed hat and stick to the shade if your skin seems to be sensitive.
