Is Yankee's Red Apple Wreath Reed Diffuser Worth Buying? Find out in this review

When it comes to reed diffusers, I can honestly say that Yankee Candle, hands down, makes the best, longest lasting, most powerful scented diffusers you can find, and believe me, I have picked up my fair share of diffusers. Many of them don't work at all. In fact, many of them are just a waste of counter space.

Yankee on the other hand has not failed me yet, so I will continue to be a loyal fan of their diffusers.

My most recent find was Yankee Candle, Red Apple Wreath Reed Diffuser.

Apples are one of my favorite scents, and even more so in the fall. The scent is capable of putting me in a calm and warm fall mood, and with any scent I associate it with a time and place in childhood.

Fragrances for some are just fragrances. Fragrances for me are aroma therapy.

When I came across Red Apple Wreath I had no clue what the diffuser would smell like because it comes in a package I could not open in the store, so when I bought it, it was based purely off of a hope that it would smell good.

The Red Apple Wreath Diffuser comes in a red package with a festive picture of an apple wreath at the top. It comes with a full 10 ounces of the fragrance in a fancy bottle, with 10 reeds to place inside of the bottle.

My Use:

At home I planned on placing the reed diffuser in my bedroom in order to harvest the fragrance. I figured the potency would be all the more powerful in a smaller room.

After opening the bottle, the delicious apple scent hit my nose and sent the mood of fall upon me immediately. The first note is red delicious apples, with a nice spicy undertone of vanilla and cinnamon. It reminded me a lot of warm apple cider with a sprig of cinnamon. Mouth watering, warm, and powerful.

I placed the 10 reeds into the diffuser and let it do its magic.

Within an hour the entire room was filled with a very nice light spiced apple fragrance. It was not overbearing, nor weak. It was a perfect little mix of fall fragrance bliss.

It's been about 2 weeks now, and the fragrance still lingers throughout the room, and it is nice to walk into after a long day at work. The fragrance is relaxing, and one I will enjoy for the majority of the season.

Overall:

Yankee Candle Red Apple Wreath, Reed Diffuser is a winner in my opinion. If you are looking to easily fill your home, or your room with the fragrances of fall, than I would highly recommend this one to you.
