Reviewing Mias TexMex Restaurant in Dallas, Texas

This Tex-Mex restaurant is centrally located and has been in business since 1981 creating a network of regulars since the food is good and it comes at decent prices. The place was founded by Butch and Ana Enriquez and she is also known as "Mama Mia", and it is a very relaxed atmosphere perfect with a Tex-Mex meal and your friends or family.

The restaurant is located at 4322 Lemmon Avenue north east of the downtown area of the city, and the hours of operations are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M and it remains closed on Sunday.

For their appetizers you can order the chicken Fajita nachos for $9.95, or a simple half order of cheese nachos for $3.95, or go with the Jack Hongos which is melted Monterey Jack cheese, mushrooms, onions and poblano peppers and served with flour tortillas for $7.80, or the queso chorizo which has melted cheese topped with chorizo), onions, peppers and tomatoes and comes with flour tortillas for $7.50. And if you go there on Tuesday night you can order the homemade beef chile Rellenos which comes with Rice and Bean for $9.75.

For their house specialties go with Butch's original brisket tacos which are two tender brisket tacos filled with Monterey Jack cheese, grilled onions and poblano peppers and served with brisket gravy, rice and beans tortillas for $9.50, or the Ernesto special which is a breast of chicken topped with sour cream Monterey Jack cheese, served with guacamole and rice for $11.75. And if you are a fish fan try Tony's Tilapia tacos which are warm corn tortillas filled with fresh Tilapia, sautéed onion, tomato and jalapeño peppers in a butter sauce for $12.75, or Joe's shrimp tacos which are warm corn tortillas filled with fresh shrimp, sautéed onion, tomato and jalapeño peppers for $12.75.
