Sex is the vital part of life. It is a normal biological, physiological and psychological urge of every human being. It is nothing but the greatest gift of nature to achieve communion between men and women.
Seven Techniques for Better Sex
Sexual act involves excitement, foreplay, orgasm and resolution. To spice up a sexual relationship and improve intimacy, the following techniques may be followed.
1) Exercise
Exercise enables to create a sexy body and it can create energy and stamina. It can also improve flexibility. Couples can create a tighter bond in their relationship by doing exercise together. Exercise can also increase self-esteem which is very important for a good sex life. The American Council of Exercise(ACE) has suggested about 20 to 30minutes of daily exercise in bed which can boost libido and enhance orgasm naturally. Regular exercise can improve the blood flow to genital organs that further can lead to better sex. It can also promote the release of hormones which play a vital role in sexual arousal.
2) Yoga techniques
Yoga practices tone the muscles, improve strength, increase flexibility, and prepare the body for sexuality. They help to keep the body fitness increasing the body awareness. Yoga also suggests various techniques, which are called yoga positions, which can boost the sexual energy. Tantric Sex and the practices, techniques and spiritual understanding related to yoga can answer many of the most important questions in intimate relating and love making. When the body is in good physical condition, the muscles are relaxed, the mind is focused and calm, and the breath is flowing evenly, the body has more space and is therefore has more energy suitable for a better sex. Yoga rejuvenates and invigorates, preparing the body and mind for as much sex as desired.
3) Relax
Researches have proved that the brain is the most powerful sex organ. Tension and other disturbances to the brain that affect the brain also have impact on the libido levels. Hence sex should be given enough time as it is not a mere biological routine. There are a lot of relaxation exercises like walking, meditation and having a shower.
4) Diet
Although it has not yet been proved that a balanced diet has any direct link to the satisfactory performance in the bedroom, maintaining a healthy diet can avoid a lot of problems that affect sex life. For example those who are on regular medication often complain that their medication reduces libido levels.
5) Sleep
Just as diet, sleep also doesn’t have direct impact on sex. But good sleep can assure a better mood for better sex. That 'spark' ignited through the mood obtained by good sleep and sex are inter-related. Those who are deprived of sleep are too tired to have sex. Those who are more relaxed are blessed with higher libido and better sex.
6) Play the Strings of Music to Induce sex
It has been proved that the right music can enhance a sexy mood and can also help to create an atmosphere of intimacy. Certain songs and tunes often trigger emotional responses and sensual feelings in people for better sex. They can relax and motivate sex for a better libido.
7) Communication
Maintaining healthy communication and good understanding between couples is very essential for a better sex. Pleasure is increased when the mental blocks are removed by free communication. It wakes up mutual interests promoting sexual fantasies bringing the partners closer.
