THE VENU

make sure to arrange outside camping or on tarrace or may be in the backyard of your garden.

TANGRI MURGH ( CHICKEN LEGS )

MERINATION :- for 8 to 10 legs

500 grams curd(hung),pinch of turmeric, pinch of salt, 6 cloves of garlic and 2 strips of ginger.grind to make a paste .pour it in a plastic bowl.

Method :- bring healthy chicken legs(broilers) make deep cuts lengthwise by knife and marinade and keep for about two  hours in refrigerator and remove half an hour before roasting.( for out side an ice box with crushed ice can be used instead of refrigerator) for an authentic taste you need charcoal oven for roasting however other available sources can also be implemented.

ROASTING:- put the merinated legs on to the skewers( if using charcoal oven) and put inside the oven and keep rotating.or keep legs on a plate and show microvave for 5 minutes then remove(asuming that they are half done)

BLENDING:- then brush them from the paste of 200 grams of fresh cream and100 grames of cashewnuts nicely and show them oven for another 5 minutes. now they are crisp and tender put on a plate garnish with corriander leaves and serve with sauce made by corriander leaves and fresh lemon.

as a special tribute to xmas and new year
