Why life is like a puzzle

Life is like a puzzle. we create the pieces and fit them together. If we pay attention to the pieces we can make life better.

They say that life is like a puzzle where you learn to find the pieces and fit them so that everything will be properly intact. Once a piece is missing, the puzzle is not considered complete. You need to look for the missing piece in order to complete the puzzle. In life, something is wrong if there is a missing part. This is the reason why a person must plan her life very well in order for her not to go astray.

Planning your life is as good as securing your future. Although this is not always a guarantee for a good future, it helps if you plan your life ahead before it is too late to even mend it.

Of course, everybody makes mistakes as there is no such thing as a perfect life. But life could be better if you have a plan for it. Sometimes without meaning too, the plans you make changes as you grow older and as situations change but being tactful will help you sort out your life and make it a better life to live.

If you sit for a while and look back from the beginning of your life, perhaps that will help you think better what you want in life. That way you can be able to gauge what sort of life you want to have. There is a lot more to learn in life as you grapple with the daily situations and events. But keep a good grasp of your visions because that is the only way by which you can handle your life better.

If you don’t know how to visualize what is going to happen, you will never reach the destination that you dreamed of. You will be grappling with a situation where you will only be put in uncertainty. But if you know your visions and you have a good grasp of them, I’m sure you will finally be where you want to be.

Always bear in mind that you are always luckier than other people. It is not good to always think that you are unfortunate and that fate is not fair. You are the one creating your fate and you are the one solving the puzzle in your life. What matters most is that you are able to find your way and you are trying your best to solve the puzzle.

Look at the people around you and see into their sad plight. By doing that you know what is there to appreciate in life and you know the missing pieces in your life that needs to be found and added to the pieces that are already there. If the pieces fit together then you are lucky but if they don’t, try your best to sort them out. Look at the children on the streets. When I go home I often pass by little children running here and there, begging for money from the passersby who just came from a day’s hard work. I have a weak heart for situations like these. I often give alms to beggars on the way even if I have only a few bills in my wallet. It makes me feel better to see someone happy with the help I gave.

Perhaps it isn’t right to point a finger to the parents of the street children but then it is also partly the fault of the parents if the children go out to the streets and beg for a living. If only the parents planned their life beforehand, perhaps there would be no hungry children begging on the streets.

Once a woman with one missing leg sat beside me on a small bus. After sitting for a while she started lamenting about how one of her legs was cut off because of diabetes. She was begging for something to eat. I was so sad and disappointed to have nothing to give the woman. One of the passengers took out a bag of biscuits that I was sure was for her children, and gave it to the woman. After a while the woman started crying and asking for water to drink but nobody inside the bus had brought water.

That is life. Of course the woman wouldn’t have known that she will become a cripple. There are things that are not planned and they just come crushing us at the time when we least expect them but we have to be prepared for them in order to tackle them and survive them.

Anything could happen in your everyday life. Some could be even worse. I keep wondering why life cannot be the same for each one of us but really, it would be impossible for life to be the same for everyone.

Life is like a puzzle. You take a phase one at a time. You just have to be careful to find the right pieces that could fit together just like the puzzle in order for life to be what you want it to be for you.
