Get your daily servings of meat, vegetables, pasta with this easy Crockpot Goulash Recipe. Dinner made easy!

Perfect for the set it and forget it all day. Come home to the smell of a fresh dinner, ready to eat. 

Crock Pot Goulash Recipe
Makes 12 servings.

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Carrots*
1 lb Peas*
2 Bell Peppers (any color of your choosing)*
1 Onion*
1 - 8 oz can or ½ lb fresh mushrooms*
4 Potatoes
4 celery stalks

2 lb. Ground beef, venison or any meat of your choosing
Salt and Pepper to taste

2 lb diced Tomatoes (fresh or canned)
I lb. Macaroni

1 cup of water

1 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. paprika
*Frozen Stir-Fry vegetables may be used if you don't want to buy or need to offset the cost of fresh veggies.

To make this simple and quick crockpot goulash meal:
1. Chop vegetables to bite size.
2. Place vegetables (except tomatoes) in bottom of crockpot.
3. Salt and pepper meat and place on top of vegetables.
4. Add tomatoes, macaroni, water, garlic and spices.
5. Cover crockpot and cook on low heat apx 8 to10 hours or on high heat 4 to 5 hours.*
  *If cooking on high heat, stir once after 2 to 2 1/2 hours of cooking in the crockpot.
6. Goulash is done when vegetables and pasta are tender and meat is cooked through.

Serve with a ladel in soup bowls.

If you have a small family, freeze some of your fresh goulash to consume at a later date.

Perfect save for the next time you don't have time to throw together a quick meal. Your already made frozen goulash will be ready in minutes!
