Every woman dreads Cellulite. It is a condition where the fats get accumulated in certain areas of the body. Certain women think that cellulite is related to obesity but it is not like that. Even lean persons get fats accumulated in some areas of their body.

Cellulite is normally seen in the thighs, buttocks and abdomen. Cellulite is hardly seen in men. It is more seen in women and about 80 to 90 per cent of them develop cellulite at some point of time. Normally cellulite is visible in women who are above 30 years.

Cellulite is caused by many reasons. Cellulite can be formed because of sedentary life style, hormonal changes during puberty or pregnancy or periods. Disturbance in endocrine and overproduction of estrogen can also contribute to cellulite.

Well, how is that one can get rid of the dreaded cellulite? Here are some tips that help in getting rid of cellulites.

Always eat healthy and do not shy away from regular exercises. It is better to add more fruits and vegetables in the diet. It will be better to avoid junk foods and fries that are rich in fats. Cardio vascular exercises like jogging, brisk walking, cycling and swimming helps a great deal in reducing cellulite.

Water is known to help a great way in getting rid of cellulite. Water is known to enhance metabolism and also eliminating toxins from the body. Drink about 6 to 8 litres of water a day.

If you are really thinking of removing cellulites, cut short coffee and alcohol, which are known to add to the body fats. You can also go for Essential Fatty Acids that prevents accumulation of fats.
