Where is your time? Many people tell me that they simply don’t have the time. They have no time to make money. They have no time for school. They have no time to work out or eat right. These are all excuses in order to make you come up with more excuses. When does the cycle end?

     Obviously it takes more words and TIME to curb this problem overnight. Nevertheless, this article will spark your interest in capturing some of your time to do constructive and productive things with your new life. A week has 168 hours, minus 42 hours of sleep, 7 hours personal time 60 hour work week (hopefully) that leaves 40-50 hours (give or take) extra hours. Follow the acronym T.I.M.E. and win the game!

Time is definitely money- Value your time as you value your life. If you in need of money and you are constantly playing games or watching TV- you are heading for trouble. With a 10-12% unemployment rate hanging above our heads-time is more valuable than ever! Total Hours saved unlimited

Improve your time- keep a voice recorder close by during your drive home or work. Use the device to voice your outlook on what to do during the week or use it for anything else.

Manage your time- you need to get a log book or better yet a daily planner as soon as possible. Spend your time filling in what you have to do such as work or school. Secondly, fill in time you use for driving around, errands and cooking. Organize every aspect of your life. When you finish filling in your day-book you will magically see your extra time appear. Evaluate your time now, if you spent too much time playing video games you may have an addiction, yes there is an addiction to video games. Log down your total hours of playing time per week; at the end of the week you will get your answer. Douglas Gentile of Iowa State University found that 8.5 percent of American youths ages 8 to 18 who play video games show multiple signs of behavioral addiction. I can’t help you unless you seek help. Total Hours saved 14 hours or more
