You can make your own glow sticks at home that will last much longer than the chemical glow sticks you buy at the store, saving you money and still entertaining your children.

Cut off the tip of the old glow stick and clean it out really well.  Don't get the glowing concoction on your skin, use gloves.

Using the razor cutter slice two parallel cuts on the tip of the glow stick length wise on opposite sides of the tip.

Place your LED flashlight into your incision light first.  Tape it up using electrical tape.

Turn it on!

Your glow stick will last a long time and you can turn it on and off if you want.  Knowing how to make your own homemade glow stick will save you money.
