Only unsweetened lemon or plain water should be drunk, either hot or cold, nothing else. After one week you can gradually adopt a well balanced diet with more emphasis on raw foods, like fresh vegetables and fruits, sprouted seeds, raw nuts, wholegrain cereals, particularly millet and brown rice. Further short periods of “All fruit diet” for 3 or 4 days may be necessary at a monthly interval till the skin’s condition improves.
