How to Make Sugar-Free Sweet Potato Pudding

Sweet potatoes are great and I'm always looking for recipes to use them. Sugar-free recipes are even better.

Sweet potatoes are packed with loads of vitamins and great. Wikipedia has a wealth of information you can read on this fantastic vegetable. Home grown sweet potatoes  from your organic garden is even better. They are easy to grow so next year when you are planning your organic garden Till it up and put some  sweet potatoes in it.

Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene and vitamins A, C, and E . The antioxidants that are in sweet potatoes can help prevent heart disease and cancer, bolster the immune system and even slow aging. We all want to look younger and eating healthier doesn't  have to be hard or taste bad. Sweet potatoes are great tasting, so give them a try.

Indianapolis and surrounding area, has Kroger stores that carry sweet potatoes, stevia and splenda.

You can purchase stevia from Kroger or, you can stock up by purchasing on-line with Puritan Pride. They  run good sales which will also save you money.

When cooking for your parents or clients be sure to make them sugar-free sweet potato pudding.

* 1⁄2 Cup margarine
* 11⁄2 Cups Splenda or Stevia
* 4 Eggs, well beaten
* 11⁄2 Cups milk
* 4 Cups grated raw sweet potatoes
* 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
* 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
* 1⁄2 Teaspoon salt

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs. Add milk, sweet potatoes, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Pour into a buttered pan and bake slowly until set, about 50 minutes at 325 F.
