How to REALLY kill Candida

Candida is a type of fungus naturally found in the human body, also generally referred to as "yeast." Sometimes due to poor immune system functions these yeast can become overgrown, and throw the whole body chemistry out of balance. This article is for those people who have suffered with this condition and who have tried everything, with little success.

There are multiple yeast killers and remedies in just about every health food store.  Usually they are found in tablet form, but other known fugicides are also found in liquids, from colloidal silver to oil of oregano.  These yeast remedies come in all types of concoctions - which are not only difficult to maintain on a consistent basis, but can be very expensive as well.

Yeast, or candida as it if formally called, is a type of fungus naturally found in the human body. Sometimes due to overuse of such things as antibiotics, or birth control pills, these fungi begin to become stronger than the natural friendly bacteria in our bodies that are supposed to fight them off and keep the balance in check.  Excessive use of antibiotics is probably the main culprit, and the continuos rounds of antibiotic treatments can be lethal not only to harmful bacteria, but also to the friendly bacteria in our bodies that help us to fight of diseases, parasites and fungal infections.  Birth control pills are said to create a candida imbalance as well, and women usually are more affected by this condition than men, but men can also obtain a candida imbalance. When these candida spread throughout the entire body, the result is a systemic candida, or yeast infection.

The result can wreak havoc on one's health.  Probably the biggest symtom of a candida infection is chronic fatigue.  Yeast are said to eat the nutrients that the body needs.  Other symptoms may include: acne, sensitivity to perfumes and molds, bloating, brain "fog", mood swings, intense cravings for sugars, sweets or breads, frequent stomach aches or digestion problems.

If you think you have a candida infection and have tried countless remedies and for whatever reason couldn't stick with the program or it just didn't work for you- I have the answer!  This is what works and continues to work for me.

Take one lemon, and cut it up with the peel and stick it in a blender.  Take two garlic cloves (raw,) and put those into the blender. Add one cup of water.  Blend!!  Make sure that the garlic is cut up well enough to add plenty of garlic extract to the mixture.  When mixture is completely blended, pour into a strainer and collect the juice so that you can pour it into a glass and drink it.  Do this once per day.

After a day or two you should begin to feel something different in your body.  Some people have negative reactions at first which may include headaches or depression.  This is probably due to the candida dying off in your body- which also becomes a toxin that needs to be filtered out.  Try to drink plenty of water.  Also, craving for sweets or breads may occur, which is a sign that the yeast are dying and need to replenish themselves.  Try to avoid sodas, coffee, and refined sugars.

Why does this work?  First of all, lemon becomes a very alkaline substance in your body after it becomes digested by your degestive system.  Yeast cannot thrive in an alkaline environment. Lemon is also good for filtering out the digestive tract, and drinking water with a slice of lemon in it on a constant basis is highly recommended by most health experts.  Second, garlic is a natural fungicide, antibiotic, and anti-viral food.  Even bugs in a garden stay away from garlic!  The problem is that when it is cooked, it loses most of these characteristics, so for this to work it needs to be raw and uncooked.  Also, without the water added to this substance, the garlic is just too strong, and you must be careful not to take TOO much, or it could lead to further stomach issues.  One to two cloves should be sufficient, with enough water and lemon juice so that it does not completely burn your mouth.

Feel it working!  Good luck.
