This is a very easy and simple recipe that is great for ham leftovers.

Ham Salad

This is a very unique and tasteful way to use leftover ham. This dish is simple and can be used on crackers, alone or on a sandwich. (It also keeps the vampires away, because of the garlic) This dish is amazing and is easy enough for a beginner to fix. If you are wondering what to do with ham leftovers this is a great recipe that will keep many full and amazed for hours.

Items needed:

Leftover ham, mixing bowl, chopper or dicer and spoon

Ingredients:

Diced up ham

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Parsley

2 tbsp Dry or minced Garlic (Garlic powder works well too)

2 tbsp Onion Salt

Preparation: Dice or cut up the leftover ham into a mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients together and mix well. (Garlic, onion and Parsley can be added until the right taste for you, some like more and some like less)

This is a very simple recipe and is great for an appetizer or a meal. My family loves this by the spoonfuls and also on crackers. This is a recipe that can be made by anyone of all ages or beginners. My kids love this recipe because they love the taste testing part because of the garlic and onion you can tast this one until it is best fixed to your liking, some like more garlic while some like less it is all up to you and your taste buds to decide which one is best for you and your family. So get in the kitchen and get mixing, use those leftovers for something that takes little time yet tastes wonderful.
