Edge Return Storyline And Date Revealed!

Before Edge was injured he was part of the unified tag team champion. His partner was Chris Jericho. They had beaten Carlito and Primo for the unified tag team. They seemed undefeated until... Edge's injury.

Edge's injury happened on July the 3rd at a house show match against Jeff Hardy in San Diego. He suffered a Torn achilles tendon which is a very serious injury for a wrestler or athletes of any kind. The following day was sent to Birmingham, USA to undergo surgery for his torn achilles tendon. He was said to be in a career threathening injury status. Luckily for him the surgery went successful and he was on his way to rebailitation which basically means resting the injured muscle.

After the surgery Edge had to give up his titles and listened as Chris jericho his former partner mocked him for being "injury Prone". Week after week Edge had to listen to Chris Jericho's useless nonsense until he finally requested a "post-surgery interview" with Jim Ross and Todd Grisham. He started off by apologising to the fans that he made a mistake on the match and he will recover and come back as soon as he is cleared to wrestle again and win the world heavyweight championship. Before he could continue he is interrupted by Jericho. Chris mocks him some more until his opponent comes out.0

Currently the plan is to have Edge return at the Royal Rumble at number 30 like John Cena did earlier this year. He will then challenge the champion who will most likely be Chris Jericho for a match at Wrestlemania 26 which they will build slowly.
