How to retire early

Make a good preparation before retire early because you need much money for the future.

Pension early, why not? Every people could pension early with million dollar assets and life comfort. If you do not like go to office at early morning, suffer sick, get low salary, hate your boss or colleague, you might decide to retire early.

Of course, you should have preparation for pension early because your boss will not give you salary again. A retire man should have own money to fulfill his/her needs. There is some preparation that might be useful for pension early:

1. Assume that you have no fixed income as you have had it before. If you plan pension younger, you should prepare fixed money for 30 to 40 years.

2. Invest at various investment such as stock, bond, index, mutual fund, precious metal and real estate. When you are near pension, you should shift the invest to safe portfolio that contain mainly risk free assets.

3. Open a business before pension. It might be a new source of income after pension and give you more money than your salary. Open a business before decide to retire early.

4. Open pension fund like IRA account or 401 (k). Contribute funds weekly, monthly or yearly to those pension fund.

5. You should have settle any debt like mortgages, car leasing, college fund, etc. It is hard to pay the debt with interest when you have retired.

6. You have better to buy some asset like house, farm crop, vehicles, property, etc. You might get benefit from it or  use it for business too. For example, you can rent your other house.

7. Start saving money now. Insert $ 5 change from supermarket to piggy bank. When the piggy bank is full, you can invest the money at share market.
