How to make quick and easy grilled Buffalo chicken wings. This recipe is ideal for tailgating since it requires little prep work.

This is the easiest and tastiest food you will ever make. There is no marinating, and hardly any prep work. It is also really cheap to make. You can buy chicken wings at Costco or your favorite grocery store at a fraction of the cost than other cuts of the chicken. This is a great recipe for tailgating. I just love tailgating and nothing goes better than chicken wings and football. While chicken wings are not health food, I would have to say that at least these wings aren’t fried. So these wings are healthier right? Well maybe just a tiny bit.

Ingredients

Chicken wings

Onion salt

Buffalo wing sauce

Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing

Directions:

If you are using frozen chicken wings, make sure to take them out the night before to allow them to defrost. Once defrosted, sprinkle with the onion salt. If you do not like the onion flavor substitute regular table salt for the onion salt.

Grill the chicken wings until they are fully cooked. How do you know when the wings are fully cooked? Poke the wings with a fork. The juices should run clear, not pink.

Place all the cooked wings in a bowl and pour the chicken wing sauce over the chicken and mix. If you want to make it even easier throw all the cooked wings in a large zip lock bag, pour in the sauce. Seal the bag and shake until all the wings are coated with the sauce. Make sure all the wings are fully coated with the sauce. Tada, you’re done! Serve with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese sauce and if you really want, put some celery sticks on the side.
