This is the saddest looking childs face I have ever seen. It is wonderful if you want to dress up like a little girl for halloween.

If you are looking for an interesting or unique costume idea for this Halloween, look no further.  This makeup application creates the saddest looking child I have ever seen.  This would also be a great costume if you are planning a theatrical fundraiser for children in need.  We could all use a little awareness.  Most of my makeup applications do not require any special cosmetics but this one is a bit harder and will require some hard to find products.  I recommend searching the internet or asking your local salon for these harder to find products.

For this childlike makeup application you will need:

Moisturizer

Tweezers

Eye Brow Wax

Eye Brow Sealer

Cream Foundation

Concealer

Pressed Face Powder

Cosmetic Sponge

Bright Powder Blue Toned Powder Eye Shadow

Dark Blue Eye Pencil

Hot Pink Powder Blush

Sheer Orange Red Lip Color

Dark Brown Brow Pencil

First, prepare your skin with moisturizer.  You should so this before you put makeup on anytime.

Next, tweeze any stray eye brow hairs that you may have.  Cover your eye brows with eye brow wax.  When they have set completely, apply sealer over the top of your waxed eye brows.  When this is dry, cover your brows with concealer of an appropriate tone and blend very well.

Then, apply any concealer you may need anywhere else on your face.  Cover your entire face with foundation and blend very well.  Cover your entire face staring in the center with pressed face powder using a circular cosmetic sponge.

Now, sweep a bright powder blue toned powder eye shadow onto your eye from lash line to crease and corner to corner.  Basically you want to cover your whole eye lid.

Line your upper eye along the rim with a dark blue eye pencil.  Smudge this into your lashes a bit.

Next, sweep hot pink powder blush onto your cheek bones going as far up as your natural brow line.  You will want this ti stand out so use plenty of blush.

Then, put on your reddish orange lip color using a lip brush.  Keep to the inside of your lip line when applying color to help create a pouty look. You may wish to conceal the corners of your mouth to look more childlike.

Last, draw a thin long and curved line about an inch above your covered brows to create your new eye brows.
