Have you ever wondered slight changes in your diet causes acne. Avoid foods that cause acne and know right foods to avoid this skin problem.

Acne is an inflammatory skin disease. 80-95%  commonly seen in adolescents.  Acne  is the most common chronic disease that is caused due to wrong diet and lifestyle. It usually affects the face, back and shoulders and other areas that are densely populated with sebaceous glands. Acne presents either as blackheads, whiteheads, pimples or nodules.

Research shows that acne is caused due to our organs like kidneys and lungs unable to eliminate all the toxic waster matter from our body as a result we ingest heating  toxins into our bodies.

 

 Now the next question that comes to our mind is what foods cause acne? what lifestyle changes we should make to avoid this problem.

Research should that the most common foods that cause acne are Sugar, processed food, junk food, dairy products foods including pasteurized milk, cheese, cheddar cheese, goat's milk, cow's milk, margarine, yogurt (curd), cream etc  other acne foods are allergy causing foods to different people like wheat and wheat products such as biscuits, white flour, read meat, spicy food, rice, garlic, mushrooms, eggs, pumpkin etc .

 Food solutions for acne

*It is advised to have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Try and have 4-5 servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit in a day.

*Always take salad along with your food. Salad is a good source of fiber and keeps you away from constipation which could lead to excessive toxin release.

*Addiction to tea or coffee is also not good for acne. Try and avoid them.

*Good acne food choices are foods that combine natural sugars and fats .

*Include pulses in your diet.

*Most important is to drink plenty of water each day. Water flushes damaging toxins out of the body's system. The common rule of thumb is six to eight glasses per day.

Make slight changes in your lifestyle keep your stress under control, practice regular meditation, exercise, proper sleep, avoid tea/coffee, alcohol, tobacco.

Acne is not only disfiguring but also very embarrassing. Slight changes in diet and lifestyle can prevent you from this skin problem.
