Do you hate dieting? Isn't losing weight a nightmare? Eating rice cakes and carrot sticks and starving to death? Let me tell you about my diet that I discovered totally by accident. Read on to find out how to lose weight fast without diet pills. If you follow this diet carefully, you will have fast weight loss.

Weight Loss Plan - Without Diet Pills:

Fruit is not counted by your body - plain, old natural fruit in its own juice (if you're eating canned fruit, make sure its in its own juice - no sugar added or corn syrup or anything) will not make you fat or keep you from losing weight.  This is a great secret that not everyone knows - if you're dieting and are hungry, go eat an apple, watermelon, grapes, oranges, peaches, kiwi, bananas - literally any fruit.  Eat as much of it as you want to keep yourself nice and full when dieting.

Veggies are low fat and low calorie - plain veggies - no cream sauces, butter, or anything else.  Corn is very good to eat on a diet (spray it with cooking spray such as Pam so it tastes good but has no calories or fat).  Eat lots of Orville Redenbachers Smart Pop microwave popcorn - its 94% fat free and you can eat a ton of it covered with cooking spray  - its delicious - without harming your diet.  Lots of fiber to fill you up and eat all you want.  Other veggies to eat are tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, beans, celery, broccoli, etc. Eat any veggies you want and as much as you want (again - use that cooking spray to make it taste buttery).   Avoid avocados and potatoes.

Here's a list of things to avoid - potatoes, sweets, bread and anything with flour or sugar in it.  These are making you fat!  Skip the chips (pop your popcorn and cover it with cooking spray instead).  If you want something sweet, eat some fruit - force yourself at first to get yourself used to feeding your sweet tooth with fruit.  Eat watermelon or grapes - something really sweet tasting.  Eat all you want of your fruit - eat the whole watermelon or bag of grapes.  Remember, fruit will not make you heavy.  Enjoy your journey to loss weight.
