How to eat only when your body tells you

Today everything is supersized. When you go out to eat the meal is enough for 2 people usually. Everything is larger and larger. I'm going to show you why you should really listen to your body and eat when your body tells you to.

Everywhere you look today everything is bigger portions, fast food meals, restaurant meals. Of course we all want to get more for our money, but when it comes to what you put in your body, you need to feed your body nourishing, healthy foods that your body can use to restore itself and keep you looking healthy, young and most importantly keep your body feeling great. Listen to what your body is telling you.

Be aware of that hungry feeling in your stomach. Those hunger pains we have all felt, that is your body's signal to feed it. Don't eat because you are upset or stressed or bored. Really listen to your body. It will tell you when you need to eat. Don't feel like you have to eat just because others around you are. Make healthy food choices and feed your body what it really needs. The health industry is making millions of dollars off of our stupid choices when it comes to food. Choosing high fatty, greasy foods only promotes heart disease, which keeps people in the hospital, needing medications, needing surgery and putting massive amounts of money into someone else's pocket, all because we don't listen to our bodies and eat when it tells us to.

Learn to really "feel" those hunger pains. Be in tune without yourself. Spend some quiet time each day with yourself so you can become aware of your body and what it is trying to tell you. Eat only when your body tells you to and stop before you get that heavy, sedated, bloated, "oops I ate too much" feeling. Your body will thank you with a healthier you!
