EAT RIGHT - Eat foods that are high in fiber and high in Omega 3's.
Eat foods such as flax seed, flax seed oil, olive oil, salmon, mackerel, sardines, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, spinach, avocados, and steel cut oatmeal.
Eat plenty of vegetables with each meal. Eat at least half of each meal in vegetables.
One quarter of each meal should be made up of whole grains such as whole grain pasta, quinoa, brown rice, groats or steel cut oats.
One quarter of each meal should be lean meat such as turkey, chicken, fish or seafood.
Drink plenty of water throughout your day.
Avoid all foods with low nutritional value such as junk foods, sweets, sodas, and fast foods.
EXERCISE DAILY - Begin exercises everyday if you have not already done so. If you need to lower your triglycerides and bad LDL cholesterol exercise is essential. Five days a week is sufficient but exercise everyday is even better.
You can do cardiovascular exercises everyday and weight training exercises three to five days per week.
It does not need to be difficult, simple walking is good enough exercise to change your health for the better.

REDUCE STRESS - Reduce or eliminate all of the stress out of your life. Stress can kill. Stress effects every part of your body. If you have a health problem, stress can make it worse.
If there are people or situations in your life that create stress in your life, you should avoid those people or situations. You do not need to be confrontational, just avoid. Just do not discuss the details with someone that causes you stress.
You can reduce your triglycerides naturally by changing what you eat, begin exercising more and eliminating stress out of your life. Surprise your doctor by receiving a lower test result on your triglyceride test at your next visit.
Always take all of your prescriptions as prescribed until you talk to your doctor and he or she instructs you otherwise.
