THe best blue and green make up application for a beautiful peacock halloween costume.

Dressing up like an exotic bird can be a real challenge, but when it is all said and done, it is well worth the effort.  Some of the best costumes I have seen have been of amazing birds.  This application can be a bit trying as some of the supplies are a bit hard to find.  I suggest you do an internet search for the things you may not be able to find locally.

For this make up application you will need:

Moisturizer

Concealer

Light Crème Matte Finnish Foundation

Loose Translucent Face Powder

Light Aqua Shimmer Powder Eye Shadow

Olive Green Shimmer Powder eye Shadow

Metallic Medium Bronze Powder Eye Shadow

Eye Shadow Brush

Lash Curler

Black Mascara

Pink Powder Blush

Dark Blue Lip Pencil

Dark Blue Crème Lip Color

Clear Glittery Blue Lip Gloss

First, prepare your skin with moisturizer.  Apply concealer only if it absolutely necessary and only where it is most needed.

Next, apply foundation to your whole face, starting in the center of your face and blending outward. Lightly dusk your face and neck with translucent face powder using a sponge.

Now, Sweep aqua blue eye shadow over your eye lid, crease, and most of your brow bone, leaving a small line under the brow for another color.  Also apply this color to the outer fourth of your bottom lids.

Then, sweep green shadow over the blue on your top eye lid, blending it well.  Apply this green shadow over your entire bottom lid blending it with the blue moving out past the corner a little bit.

Fill in the space you left on your brow bone with metallic bonze eye shadow and blend it into the blue green shadow below it.  Also brush a bit onto your bottom lid, starting with the inside corner and blending out to the other corner.

Next, curl you eye lashes and apply one coat of mascara to both your top and bottom lashes.

Now, brush on pink blush just below your cheek bones and blend it back into the temple.  For a wilder look, use your blue or green eye shadow, or a mixture of the two, instead of pink blush.

Last, line your lips with dark blue lip pencil, fill in the lips with a dark blue crème lip color, blot this, and then reapply.  Thickly coat your lips with glittery blue lip gloss.
