Skin is very important part of our body and it contributes to around 16% of our body weight , it not only protects the body from external pollutants but protects internal organs of the body and helps to regulate temperature of our body.
There are 7 layers of skin and various skin disorders manifests in different layers of the skin like pimples , acne in the first layer and problem of under eye darkness, pigmentation in the second layer and so on.
Skin care is very important as it contributes to enhancing one’s personality. One of the important vitamin for healthy and glowing skin is vitamin C skin care.
Vitamin C ( L-ascorbic acid ) is a nutrient that your body is not able to produce itself and therefore you need to eat those healthy fruits and vegetables that contain it. Vitamin C is water soluble so it is continually washed out with other body fluids so it has to be taken consistently.Aloe vera juice if taken internally daily removes toxins from out body and purifies our blood.
Aloe Vera skin care is what most of us are advised to look for when it comes to aging skin. The main reason behind this is that it is a large resource of Vitamin E. For healthy skin, Vitamin E must be a part of the nutrients we provide our skin. Our skin contains two main proteins called Collagen and Elastin which maintains our skin in a healthy state with vitality.
Exposure to the suns ultra violet rays cause the production of free radicals in your skin. These free radicals affect your skin in a very bad way, as it causes wrinkles to appear on the skin. The only way to fight against these free radicals is the use of anti oxidants. Aloe Vera skin care products are a rich source of anti oxidants which fight against these radicals causing your skin to be rejuvenated
