How to get your wife back

So your wife has told you that she is done with you and given you the boot! Don't panic! You need know that this decision by your loved one does not have to be the final outcome of the relationship. There are things you can do and say to reverse her decision and I’ll help you get her back using the rules of this article. These rules work well with a spouse, girlfriend or boyfriend. They are universal to all relationships.

            First you need to agree that she has made the right decision and that you have been thinking of the same. This move makes it a co-decision and makes her wonder if she would be be able to get you back if she changed her mind. Remember, we always want what we can’t have and by saying you want a break up as well, she will know that the decision to reconcile is not all hers. She might not be able to get you back!

            Second, leave ASAP! Don’t sit around chatting. She needs to start missing you and there is no way to do that without you gone. Think about this phrase, “How can she miss you if you don’t leave?” Seriously, the sooner you get out the better. If you have things, get them when she is not at the house. I would try and be out the door within ten minutes if at all possible. This move makes her question her decision and causes her to wonder if she has made a hasty decision. You can’t stay around long enough for her to know things will be fine without you. There needs to be a void where you once were.

            Third, and this is probably the hardest step of all DO NOT CONTACT HER! If you don’t get out of the house fast enough it will not really hurt your overall chances, if you don’t agree with her you might still be able to get back together, but if you call her its over! You have to be completely unavailable for at least a month. Yup, for one month you must completely be unattainable, as if you had fallen off the face of the earth. When she calls you for something (and because you left so fast there will be “something” that was left behind...etc.), you will not answer the phone on her first try. Wait until the second try and then make sure the conversation is short and rushed; the idea here being that you are very busy and have little time to talk on the phone. Do not speak of the relationship. If she brings it up say that you need to get to some activity that you have planned. Don’t say the activity is a date as that will be seen as manipulation. After one month you and she can talk freely about where things are and if you feel the decision to break up was a good one.

            Finally, get out and have fun. There is nothing more attractive than someone that is having a good time. Smiles are addictive and people tend to want to be around people that are happy. Find new hobbies, friends and even a romantic relationship if you want. Remember, you are free to date. Also, remember that you will have plenty of time to think about the relationship after the month is over.
