Factors regulating good health:
Good health of a person includes the following factors: rate of gaining physical weight, dieting habit, exercises, medicines taken if needed and rate of weight loss. These factors are interrelated and their summed-up effect graduates the energy level. Energy level is the yardstick to determine if one is really healthy or not. Loss of weight may be instrumental to loss in energy.
Common mistake:
In order to reduce extra weight people just control the diets. They just stop taking drinks. The process finally makes them sick and they then find friends in the medicines. Diets-control provides consolation and one may experience comforts for a very short period. But this is never an alternative to eating of exact food and regular exercises which are the combined keys to proper health.
Never get demoralized:
Shortage of food in the body reduces the energy level and demoralizes a person immediately. But a person may also be demoralized when shredding of fat begins and he finds himself slimmer few days after he starts regular physical exercises. It is wise to identify what has actually happened. In the second case he should never surrender to anxiety as he is well within the body-building process.

You will have those happily but definitely with some restrictions, the restrictions which have been imposed none other than you only.
