Making a diet is especially easy during the summer months. This diet is healthy and you can lose 10 kg for 10 days.

During making this diet you will lose 10 kg. Then you can make the diet after 20 days once again. The most important thing is to use no salt or sugar for 10 days. No use of any alcohol and when you have time and wish you can walk for at least one hour a day. But remember that your walking should be very fast. Drink at least 2 liters water every day. If you feel hungry drink a glass of water. Making the diet is easy by following the steps:

1 day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or if you prefer it could be tea

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: chicken steak and green salad with lemon juice (no using of oil)

2 day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of tea and a toast

Lunch:   fruits (no bananas, please)

Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs and salad with lemon juice

3 day:

Breakfast: 1 glass of fresh juice (preferably orange juice)

Lunch: 1 toast, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: baked fish (200 gr) and salad

4 day:

Breakfast: tea and 1 banana

Lunch: a piece of ham and 2 fresh carrots

Dinner: vegetables stewed and poured with lemon juice

5 day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee/tea

Lunch: 2 apples

Dinner: 1 piece of pork steak (baked), 1 toast and 1 hard boiled egg

6 day:

Breakfast: grated carrot with lemon juice

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs

Dinner: fish and lemon slices

7 day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee

Lunch: 1 toast, baked potatoes (about 250 gr)

Dinner: 1 pork steak with green salad and lemon juice

8 day:

Breakfast: 1 tea

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: 1 piece of ham ( 150 gr) and 2 slices of lemon

9 day:

Breakfast: fruit juice

Lunch: baked fish (200 gr)

Dinner: green salad and 1 toast

10 day:

Breakfast: 1 banana

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner: 1 chicken steak and an apple
