To burn calories fast without exercise you must make some changes in your lifestyle but these changes don't need to be drastic changes. By making small changes, you will be able to burn calories to lose those unwanted weight.

Do you know that you can burn calories fast without exercise just by making small changes in your lifestyle? Below is a list of activities that you can do to burn calories fast without exercise and increase your metabolism. 1. Move More
The first change you can implement easily to burn more calories is to move more. People who lead sedentary lifestyle burn about a third less calories per day than people who are active. You can start being active by making small movements. These will add up in the long run. Grab every opportunity you get to move. Below is a list of small movements you can do and wouldn't take a lot of your time.

  • Tap your feet
  • Swing your legs
  • Stand up and stretch
  • Move your head from side to side
  • Change position
  • Wriggle and fidget
  • Pace up and down
  • Use the restroom upstairs
  • Park in the furthest corner of the parking lot
  • Stand up when you're on the phone and step from side to side
  • Clench and release your muscles

2. Eat Little And Often
It has been shown that eating small meals every 2-4 hours will keep your metabolism working faster. When you eat small amounts often your body is consistently working to digest and absorb food which require energy and this will help to burn calories.

3. Eat Fat

Our body needs fat to work efficiently. Some nutrients and vitamins like vitamin A and E can only be digested with fat. Try incorporating fats like flaxseed oil, olive oil, avocados, salmon,albacove tuna, nuts and seeds into your daily diet.

By making these small changes in your lifestyle, you'll be a step closer to achieving your ideal weight and burn more calories.
