Chicken and pork roll

This recipe is not very easy for preparation but the roll is very delicious.

The recipe serves 5-6. The time for preparing it is about two hours and a half. Although the recipe is not very easy for perparation, the end result: the delicious roll is very good for surprising your guests and family.

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken meat

1 kg pork meat minced

150 gr butter

200 gr mushrooms

Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

300 gr potatoes

1 table spoon mustard

100 ml white wine

100 gr oil

5 sour gherkins

2 hard boiled eggs

100 gr bread crumbs

Method of preparation:

Prepare the chicken by cleaning it, salt it to taste and sprinkle some black pepper powder. Put the chicken meat into a mixture from some water and 50 ml white wine. Leave it into this mixture for about half an hour. Meanwhile prepare the filling for the roll. The potatoes should be boiled, after that peeled and grated into small pieces. The gherkins should be also chopped finely. Do the same with the hard boiled egg.  The cooked minced pork meat should be mixed with the bread crumbs, the egg and the black pepper powder. The chicken meat should be placed into an oiled baking pan, place onto the chicken meat, the prepared pork meat mixture. Then you have to place onto it the mushrooms, the gherkins pieces, the butter and the grated potatoes. Spread the mustard and add the butter. You have to salt to taste. Make the roll and pour about 200 ml water and 50 ml white wine. Bake for two hours.  In a beautiful big plate put the baked roll and cut it into slices. The roll could be served with any salad but the green salad is very suitable for this roll. Enjoy the delicious roll with a glass of white wine.
