Delicious chicken liver soup
Chicken liver is good for health. The recipe is easy and suitable for healthy life.
Chicken liver is very good for everybody`s health and because of this reason it is used in this recipe. There are lots of vitamins and minerals in the chicken liver. For instance, vitamins A, C, D, E,K, B, B12 and minerals like zinc, phosphorus, copper, selenium, etc. The recipe is unusual but you can surprise your family by preparing it. The recipe is easy for preparation. The time for preparing it is about an hour and a half. The recipe serves 4-5.
Ingredients:
500 gr chicken liver
1 green pepper
1 middle sized onion
200 gr tomato sauce
100 gr parsley
150 gr pasta
1 table spoon oil
1 tea spoon red pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
First put the chicken liver into a pot full with cold water. Boil them for twenty minutes. Clean and wash the onion. Cut it into small pieces. Meanwhile chop the green pepper and the parsley finely. Then remove the chicken liver, cut into pieces and place it into another pot full with water. Put the green pepper, the onion and the tomato sauce into the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. After that you have to salt to taste. Sprinkle the red pepper. Add the pasta and cook for other ten minutes. In the end you have to add the parsley. Serve the soup until it is warm. You can sprinkle some black pepper powder if you like it. Enjoy the soup with baked loaves of bread or French bread!
