Fish soup

This recipe is very cheap, easy and very fast for preparation.

When one does not cook any recipe it seems very difficult until he or she tries to prepare it. This soup is very delicious and easy for preparing. The time for preparation and cooking is about an hour and 20 minutes. The recipe serves 5-6.

Ingredients:

1 kg fish

400 gr potatoes

1 table spoon olive oil

4 table spoons tomato sauce

1 cup (about 200 gr) pasta

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch of parsley

3 table spoons lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder to taste

100 gr peas

150 gr carrots

1 green pepper

 

Method of preparation:

Wash the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Chop the carrots and the green pepper finely. Clean the fish and place it into a pot full with water. Boil for 20 minutes. Then pour the fish liquid by straining it into another pot. Place the fish pieces into a bowl.  In the pot full with fish soup you have to add the vegetables: the carrots, the green pepper and the peas. Cook for 10 minutes. If it is necessary pour some more water. Then you have to add the potatoes. Cook for other 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the dill and the parsley by finely chopping them. You have to salt to taste. Add the pasta. After 5 minutes you have to add the parsley and the dill together with the fish pieces from the bowl. The last thing you have to do is to add the tomato sauce, the olive oil and the lemon juice. Cook for 5 minutes and your soup is ready. Serve it immediately with croutons or fried in eggs pieces of bread. Enjoy!
