Things sure have changed since I grew up because now young people are sniffing and snorting everything from gas to candy. Yes apparently kids are now smoking smarties.

Here today I want to take a minute to discuss the dangers of smoking smarties. I'm not an old person by any means but it seems that young people are doing more bizarre things with each and every passing day. Apparently the ever popular candy gives some kind of high that pleasure seekers search for through various means.

I have no idea what makes somebody decide that it's a good move to snort candy up their nose or sniff paint or gas. These are just really some signs of immaturity and will probably be looked back upon with regret down the road. But there are tons of videos and guides out there on the internet talking about the various ways to accomplish this high but hardly any of them mention the dangers of smoking smarties.

This article is mostly for the parents out there to let them know of the dangers of smarking smarties. It may seem like a funny little trend that children are doing today but there are some very bad things that can happen because of the act. For example this could very easily lead to a child smoking the real things such as marijuana.

One of the more disturbing facts that I've heard about smoking smarties is how it could rot the inside of the nose and mouth. The powder can attract bugs such as maggots into the mouth and nasal passages of those users. I don't know about everyone at home but the thought of possibly having maggots inside my body is enough to deter me from trying anything at all.

We used to 'smoke' chocolate cigarettes, but smarties?
