For strong hair, right kind of food eating is very much required. This will maintain our essential power (Prana Shakti) intact. Avoid ageing process if we are aware of our health. Inside sanitation must be maintained at all times. We should adopt moderation in our food habits and everyday life. The suggestions given below will provide many other benefits, which will add bonus to our health in general.

Right kind of food intake

Fruits and vegetables do not consume a large amount of energy in digestion but they provide maximum energy due to absorption of Vitamins and minerals in our system.

We should eat lots of green leafy vegetables like spinach and all other seasonal vegetables.

Vegetable juice and soups are good for blood creation. Everything in our body depends upon the blood flow even in the hair. We must eat such kind of food, that do not tax our digestive system. We must be able to take the maximum benefit in terms of good quality of blood generation. Seasonal fruits should also be a part of our daily diet. Eating of sprouts helps in easy digestion. Regular intake of amla juice will give satisfactory results as it has a high content of Vitamin C and Iron. Fresh juice of ash gourd, pumpkin and coconut water will also enhance hair regrowth.

What to avoid

Maida and dishes which are deep fried. Sweets made of white sugar. Soft drinks, tea or coffee. Very spicy food. If a healthy command of yoga and pranayam is followed on a normal basis, it will speed up the process of revival of hair. While we are standing and walking on feet, the gravitational force is working against our upwards blood circulation i.e., from feet to our head. In every 24 hours, we must do either shirshasan or sarvangasan daily along with other asanas to rejuvenate our blood transmission.
