Review BB Storm and BB Bold

The BlackBerry smartphones have covered a lot of people's imagination. This mobile device is one of the most sought after gadgets Gizmo lovers there. However, there are many BlackBerry models and the most popular are the Bold and Storm units.

The BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Storm have many similarities. This is because these devices from the same manufacturer. So, before you compare their differences, it would be useful to know the similarities of the two BlackBerry smartphones.

The definition of the functions of fat and Storm

Both smartphones are fully based on the HSDPA network. They have capabilities and GPS navigation with BlackBerry Maps application. Both are also working on the BlackBerry operating system, so you'll probably like user interface.

BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Storm QUERTY have keyboards, but you can also use the scroll in its entirety on their mobile phones with touchscreen. Basically, the design elements, size, strength, camera features and other add-ons of Bold and Storm would be pretty similar.

1. Network Support Specifications

The unity of the BlackBerry Bold is HSDPA network on the 850, 1900, 2100 MHz frequency. Essentially, fat is fully supported on a triple-band HSDPA network. The Storm-unit, however, is only on the frequency 2100 MHz and CDMA.

Basically, when you consider the network information from the two BlackBerry smartphones, the BlackBerry Bold has a big advantage over Storm.

2. Display Resolution and Performance

Both Storm and Bold have touch-screen display. However, BlackBerry Storm has an edge over fat in this respect. Storm has a 3.25-inch TFT-LCD display with resolution of 360 x 480 pixels. Fat on the other hand, only 2.75-inch display with 480 x 320 pixel resolution.

Another big plus for the Storm is the built-in accelerometer, which is surprisingly absent in fat. If you rotate Storm, whose screen will automatically rotate to the view of the user. With an acceleration sensor, Storm can also be sharp video resolution to its HD screen.

3. Connectivity and Internet speed

BlackBerry Bold the upper hand when it comes to connectivity and net speed. Fat can WiFi connection on the 802.11-profiles. Surprisingly for a smartphone, the BlackBerry Storm does not have WiFi support.

If you are fat, you can use unlimited data, especially if you are in a WiFi hotspot. This feature would not Storm.

These are the most important and the most important differences between the Bold and Storm BlackBerry models. Apart from these, Storm is also heavier than 20 grams of fat. Both phones have almost similar dimensions.
