If you're looking for a pizza recipe that doesn't need pizza dough, you've come to the right place.

This recipe will make 2 slices of pizza breads, generally enough for one person.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • Grated Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
  • Pizza Sauce or Tomato Sauce (Ketchup will work though)
  • Toppings (such as ham, pineapple, peppers, tuna etc)

Method

  1. Take out your 2 slices of bread. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Put some of your pizza or tomato sauce onto your bread. Spread it evenly with a knife.
  3. Lay a small amount of cheese on each of the slices. Spread it around evenly by hand.
  4. Place your toppings on each slice and spread them around the slice.
  5. Cover your toppings with some more cheese. This time, the cheese should mostly be in the middle with only a very small amount on the outside of the slice.
  6. Wait for your oven to reach cooking temperature.
  7. Once the oven is ready, put your pizza breads in near the top of the oven.
  8. Wait about 10-12 minutes for your pizza breads to cook. Check regularly though and take out when golden.
  9. If you're feeling adventurous, try using some barbecue sauce for dipping your crusts in.
  10. Enjoy your home made pizza breads.

That sounds delicious. I'm a sucker for pizza, I don't think I have ever seen a pizza recipe that I don't like. Thank you

That looks and sounds so absolutely horribly disgusting that I will not be able to try it.

Great recipe. I have to try this no fuss recipe. I sure hate to knead the dough for the pizza. With this recipe, my children can eat pizza every day. Thanks for the recipe.
