Great smoked Wings you need at your next Party, See just how many people will ask you for this recipe.

You need need the following ingredients for this wonderful recipe, I honestly could eat these everyday

2 - pounds of chicken wings ( makes 4 servings )

1   teaspoon of powdered garlic

2   teaspoons ground cumin

2   tablespoons olive oil

1   teaspoon salt

1   teaspoon paprika, preferably spanished smoked paprika

Note:

If you have Problems locating the Spanish Paprika , try specialty food stores, such as health food stores.

Now , preheat the oven to 425 degrees F

1.) Rinse the chicken wings with cold water and pat dry

2.) Mix together the paprika, salt, garlic and marjoram in a bowl.

3.) Rub the  mixture all over the chicken

4.) Arrange chicken wings in a layer , apply a light coat of olive oil over the wings on both sides

5.) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then flip the wings over and bake for 25 more minutes until crispy and golden brown on the outside.

A great recipe for dipping the wings in , is a sauce I serve with every thing.
