How to Remove Dark Spots On Your Face

While your body is one of the most sensitive areas on your body, You should protect it as much as you can. Avoid putting harsh chemicals on it to remove dark circles, age spots, freckles or even dark circles under your eyes and try a natural way to do it.

Besides being safer to your skin, it will save you a lot of money that the dermatologist would be pocketing.

CITRUS FRUITS -

Simply apply some citrus fruit to a cotton ball or Q-tip, you can also use your finger and apply it directly to the dark spot. Gently massage it in and leave it. Citrus is rich in Vitamin C which is a natural bleaching agent. Lemon works the best out of all the citrus fruits you can use.

MILK -

Dab some milk onto a cotton ball and dab it on the dark area on your face. You should choose either sour milk or buttermilk as they both contain lactic acid. This helps to lighten the area without any irritation at all.

HONEY -

Apply honey to the area and allow it to sit there for about twenty minutes. Then simply rinse off. Honey is very good for your skin as it contains many renewing properties. You can also mix it with some wheat germ for an added lightening effect that will not cause any irritation.

VITAMIN E -

Apply some vitamin E oil to the area and allow it to penetrate the area. Leave it on and go one with your daily routine. If you feel it is to greasy, only use it at night and wash your face in the morning.

Make sure you use a daily facial sunscreen when you will spend time in the e sun to protect your face in the future. Try these easy steps whenever you see a dark spot.
