Talents without career and careers without talent

WHAT IS A TALENT?

Talent is a skill developed by education, training and specialization in order to perform the desired job in a way that bring satisfaction to the employer and employed.This is developed by an the attitude of the person involved.

A CAREER WITH A TALENT:

In a formal training, he needs to concentrate to learn, practice, repeat practicing and then become a specialist in course of time. His skill becomes a talent and appreciated by the beneficiaries. He deserves to get suitable rewards as remuneration and awards as good will.

His career will always support his life ambitions and he too will be flexible to learn and adapt to changing work situations. As a talented person, he is always successful.

A CAREER WITHOUT TALENT:

1. Careers with out talents are gained accidentally, immorally or illegally or many a time by luck. These careers will continue for some time with out any hindrance. In course of time this will meet all technical problems of incompetence.

2. However this problem will also get overcome if the person employed is shrewd enough to get go along with the learning process. The advantage is that he needs the minimum training just for the present job.

3. If the person employed has the willingness to do the job continuously for a longer period, he becomes fit to perform automatically. However, there will always be trace of doubt about his aptitude or fitness to the job.

TALENTS WITHOUT A CAREER:

This is a pity of unemployment or under-employment among the youth and the old too. The job market will seem to be having no opportunity to the potential person.

But, as a business strategist, I assure the talented young man that he has great avenues. He needs to analyze his talents and arrive at a matching job list. He could definitely get a suitable job if his resume speaks well about his talent. When he gets the job, no doubt, he will in course of time, converts it into his own life career.
