Fun facts about Ireland, France, Greece and Egypt
Amusing and fun pieces of info from around the globe.
Irish people love to look at you up close. They don't necessarily mean to make you uncomfortable by their closeness. They are pretty straight forward about their feelings for someone and have no problem stating their thougths without much reserve. If a man approaches a lady that he finds attractive, he will get as close as he can to her and state his inner most desires. The brogue is not always easily deceiphered.Yes, It is English, but the strength of the accent might prove to be a little thick for some to interpret. With little encouragement, you can be hugged by a stranger. They love Americans. Watch out for the Leprechans in Ireland.
French men and women are so different. The men are extremely helpful and the women are a little standoffish. Men will go out of their way to help a woman, even if she does not summon that help. All she needs to do, is look like she needs to be helped. They are very gallant and friendly especially if you make any attempt to talk French. No matter how badly you butcher their language, they seem to like it that you tried.
Greek people and more to themselves for the most part and yet hospitable when you talk to them for any reason. If you are not talking to them in their native tongue, they will direct you to someone who can help you. They smile infrequently, but have a happy look about them. Many Greek people do not make eye contact at all. They are courteous along with quick steppers. Slow is not their main gait. They seem to tolerate Americans.
Egyptians are a wonderful bunch of people. They have a light sense of humor which carries through the entire day. As a woman and if you appeal to a man, he might just be asking you to be added to his many wives that he has already. Taxi cab drivers maneuver their vehicles like bumper cars, so get ready for a ride like that when you are in Egypt.
