Alonweb provides the internet community with free and paid OpenVPN tunneling service, which is useful for bypassing corporate and other restrictions, as well as hiding your personal information such as IP address and geographical location.

Ever faced the problem of blocking of your favorite websites at your corporate firewall? Don't want your boss, admin or local Big Brother to see what sites you visit, what you speak about on your favorite IM or what emails you send? There's only one solution for these problems: using crypted VPN tunnel to bypass your internet access restrictions and to secure sensitive information you transfer on the web.

The free services of VPN are not easy to find, because the majority of the services of VPN do not have the free version, only allow you to examine for a few days. Now the service of the free VPN is UltraVPN, but from time to time the free services come and go, as that was the case for AlwaysVPN and Relakks.

Alonweb provides the internet community with free and paid OpenVPN tunneling service, which is useful for bypassing corporate and other restrictions, as well as hiding your personal information such as IP address and geographical location. Your traffic is encrypted, which makes it impossible to intercept it.

Currently the service is in beta-stage, so they guarantee neither stable functionality nor good connection speed. Therefore, free service has limitations in traffic usage (1GB for user per month) as well as services which can be used through it: currently SMTP port 25 is blocked.

It can be used both for Windows and Linux operating systems. The installation is simple. Check here (http://www.alonweb.com/content/installation-and-using) for the detailed tutorial covers the installation procedure.

The free version is limited to 1GB broadband usage per month, so it also provides its users with Premium VPN access, without limitations and restrictions, blocked ports or limited bandwidth. The subscription fee is $5/month.
