Cheap and lazy rice dish
This unique recipe is very easy for preparation and because of that reason the recipe is called "lazy".
Cheap and lazy rice dish is easy for preparation. The time for preparing it is about an hour. It serves 2. You can double the ingredients and use the recipe for preparing the dish for the 4 member family.
Ingredients:
400 gr rice
200 gr ham
4-5 table spoons oil
2 onions (preferably big)
3 or 4 eggs
2 table spoons soya sauce
1 pinch of red chilly pepper
Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
The first thing you have to do is to clean the rice and to wash it very well. Then you have to put it into a pot with water. Put some salt into the water and cook the rice. When the rice is ready you have to dry it. Meanwhile you have to peel the onion and cut it into very thin slices. The next thing you have to do is to prepare the ham by cutting it into very small pieces. In a frying pan preheat the oil. Place the onion and the ham into the frying pan. Fry the mixture for about 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile you have to put the eggs into a bowl and beat them very well. Add the eggs to the mixture of ham and onion. Stir well and cook for 3- 4 minutes. In the end you have to add the rice. Sprinkle the red chilly pepper. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Pour the soya sauce and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes. It is better the rice to be served warm. The dish could be served with green salad. Enjoy!
