Spanish potato loaf of bread

This recipe is for a delicious Spanish potato loaf of bread. The potato bread is not only delicious but also very healthy.

Spanish potato loaf of bread is a very delicious thing. Every one can enjoy preparing this wonderful bread. It is non traditional but very tasty. Preparing it is a very easy thing. You only have  to follow the instructions given here.The time for its preparation is about an hour. It serves 2.

Ingredients:

1 kg potatoes

2 onions (middle-sized)

5-6 table spoons oil

5 or 6 eggs

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

Method of preparation:

First peel the potatoes, after that you have to cut them into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. In a deep pan pour 3 table spoons oil and some water and stew the potatoes and the onion for about half an hour. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt to taste. In a bowl place the eggs, then beat them and sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Stir well. Add the eggs to another mixture with potatoes. In another pan pour the rest of the oil and place the mixture into it. Fry for about 10 minutes until the loaf is hard. The next thing you have to do is to toss the bread and fry it onto another side. This could be done with a help of another pan or plate. You have to fry another side of the bread for about 10 minutes. When your bread is ready you can serve it until it is warm. The Spanish bread could be served with a piece of white cheese or yellow cheese or even with some kind of jam. Enjoy this wonderful bread!
