What is PHP? PHP is a recursive acronym. This implies that the first word of the first letter of the acronym is the acronym itself. Therefore, PHP means as PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. PHP is a scripting language that creates a dynamic web page. A dynamic web page is a page that interacts with the user, that a user visiting a page sees a customized information. Example of this is the change of date. A user visited a page today recognizes the date as July 20, 2009. However, the next day the user visits the page again and the date displayed as July 21, 2009 which entails that there is a change of information or a customized information.
