Most people believe that the diabetes cannot be cured. But I know a person who heals by himself from the disease. He suffered type2 diabetes quite for sometime and now his urine and fast blood sugar levels are giving as normal and no symptoms at all, without taking any medicine. Based on his knowledge of the natural healing process, I write this article in brief for the benefit of others. If you are diagnosed with diabetes:

1)      Change your thinking pattern first. This is not so easy as saying, but if you have a good intension it is not a difficult task. Think positive side of all events and be optimistic in all encounters facing.

If you are living with any hidden fear, take measures to get free from it. It is a very important and very effective step you are taking. There are lot of ways and techniques to get rid of such feelings.

2)      Learn and practice a simple meditation daily. It is not necessary to be a highly spiritual methods practicing by priests, choose a practicable and easy method. Whatever the technique, practice in open minded ad in pleasant mood.                                                Here I can give you a simple meditation technique. Sit in a comfortable posture, gently close your eye lids. Roll your eyeball upwards and take three deep breaths. Now visualize a running mountain stream in your mind. Relax to the gurgling sounds of this stream and stay in this posture around 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat

3)      Be more natural in selecting food without restrictions.  Eat plenty amount of fresh fruits and vegetables with moderate amount of fish and meat. Do not make any restriction but limit highly sugared, highly salted, and highly fatted processed foods. You can consume these foods but do not think of contents, based on your assumptions.

Increase varieties in a meal without increasing the amount and satisfy all taste buds with sweet, bitter, sour, salt and savory foods. Food contains much more essential chemicals than our known protein, fat, mineral, etc.

4)      Be active like a bird. Brisk walking or jogging alone is not effective because time you spend there is limited, instead simply be active in all your activities including your job. You can do your house works without seeking others hands.

If you wish you can follow Yoga, Tai-chi, or Qi-gong exercise. All of them are very effective. Whatever the method you are following it must improve the flexibility of the body rather than burning fat.

Whenever possible be bare-footed because some nerve ending on sole surfaces is needed to be touched by the earth.

Follow these simple steps carefully. Do not stop taking medicine at first. When you are following you will feel the healing process start, then you can reduce the dependency on medicine step by step.
