If your on-line articles, videos and pod-casts are not getting the attention that they deserve, these four sites are just what you have been looking for. They will drive much needed traffic your way.

Twine

Twine is an excellent new way to showcase your on-line articles. Members can collect and share on-line content – videos, photos, articles, Web pages or products and bring it them together by topic. Not only can you search for what interests you, you can start your own group or Twine as it is called, about anything you find appealing.

Twine also gets to know it’s members, and will begin making recommendations on the topics that you show interest in, as well as connecting you with others with similar interests.

Because the folks at home try to make things as simple as possible, they also have a handy toolbar for instant submissions in your choice of categories. In the three weeks since I began submitting articles to Twine I have seen a huge rise in article views.

Gather

Gather is a site where you can post articles that you have written or have found elsewhere on the web and share them with other members. Articles can be rated by other members. Participation in gathering, sharing and rating earns users Gather Points that can be redeemed for products or converted to cash that is paid out via Pay Pal.

TotalPad

TotalPad is a user driven site where members submit material about technology, gaming, sports, health, business etc…There is even a “other” category, so well written articles will always have a place on TotalPad.

Much like Digg, TotalPad members can vote for articles that they like and that article can eventually become classified as popular thus becoming more noticeable to readers.

TotalPad also has an easy to install, easy to use submission bar.

Instablogs

Instablogs is another user driven site where members can vote on articles that they like in order to make them popular. You can also interact, stay connected and track the activity of other members. The instablogs toolbar makes it easy to submit material without even being connected to the site.
