Fill out your own form and send it to yourself to see exactly how the answers from your respondents will look like. You must make sure there will be nothing to confuse you. Always provide a quick response - you must do this to show your visitors you care about them and to avoid losing a potential sale. If you provide a good, quick, professional consultation, you will be very helpful, establish your credibility and build a great rapport with the prospect.
